Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung im Weserbergland. Die Wohnung ist offen gestaltet und umfasst ca. 45 qm mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Links neben dem Badezimmer befindet sich ein kleiner begehbarer Kleiderschrank für eure Utensilien. In ca. 400 m kann man bereits den Radweg R99 an der Weser erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 150 m direkt um die Ecke.

On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Relaxation & recreation in the newly renovated Wanderlust apartment. In addition to a TV in each bedroom, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge with ice cube dispenser and a pellet stove for the winter. Enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony and a view of the mountains of the Sauerland. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. I am also happy to provide drinks and food for the day of arrival.
