Located in Villalier in a peaceful subdivision large air-conditioned studio ideal for a quiet stay (parking spaces in the immediate vicinity). The studio (attached to our house but totally independent) is composed of a small courtyard without vis-à-vis, a sleeping area, a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A stone's throw from the studio is an organic bakery, a pizzeria, and a Moroccan deli. Ideal for visiting Carcassonne, its medieval castle, the Canal du Midi and 1 hour from the sea and the mountains.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

We provide you with accommodation of about 40 m² including a terrace that communicates with the kitchen. You will then find a bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a shower room with toilet. An exterior with a barbecue and deckchairs awaits you (linens not included)

A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
