Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse mountains, come and discover our self-contained dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be captivated by the view of the valley and the 360° panorama of the cliffs, with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm buildings are located 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. Built in 1850, the "La ferme de Germain" vacation rental is located in a small hamlet in the heart of the Belledonne massif, close to the ski resort: Prapoutel, Les 7 Laux. Quiet, not overlooked, we will welcome you in a friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy the charm of the countryside, close to Grenoble and Chambéry. You can enjoy many activities such as: hiking, mountain biking, downhill or cross-country skiing, swimming, fitness center and meet our animals!

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior design brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Yurt in the heart of our goat farm

In the middle of our goat barn, come and enjoy our fully equipped and heated yurt. Raclette and fondue appliances are available to enjoy local and regional products. Ideal for 4 people, located on the heights of the village of Val de Virieu, quiet, with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. Just 5 km from Lake Paladru, many hiking trails start at the foot of the yurt. Museums, castles, zoo are to be visited not far from our yurt.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

Studio independent of our house. You enter through the living room with a bay window offering beautiful clarity and equipped with blackout curtains to obtain the desired darkness. Pretty wooden deck, sheltered. Equipped kitchen: stove, range hood, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Double bedroom, wardrobe, storage unit. Bathroom shower/sink/toilet. Parking space and dedicated gate access.

Shack Deluxe - Cozy Chalet, Les Adrets (7 Laux)

Le Shack des 7Laux, a cosy chalet located in Les Adrets on the Belledonne montait, next to 7Laux ski resort (Prapoutel side) and 40km away from Grenoble. Le Shack means small forest chalet in French Canadian (Quebecois) and is a lovely place to spend a week-end, Holidays with friends or family. With an amazing view on mountains, it is an ideal place for mountain holidays in winter or summer !
