We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean and loved the backyard. Also loved having the park around the corner.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

10/10 would recommend this spot for a family stay in phoenix! Great accommodations and they thought of everything. The place was safe, they had a strong net-fence around the pool, the neighborhood was full of sidewalks and excellent for morning walks! The Pack n play was already set up when we got there and our kids loved their bunk bed! It’s 10 min from the zoo (a must go for all families) and a quick hike up hole-in-the-rock. Not far from other great hikes and big parks / splash pads. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hosts and have already recommended it to our friends.

We very much enjoyed our time at Evelyn's place. It is a very quiet spot, and the pool and spa were lovely. The kichen is very well equipped with tons of plates, mugs, etc as well as a good stock of spices and other helpful items. The patio has a large covered area which we really appreciated as the weather was hot!

Great place to stay! Our plan was to find a fun place to stay with a kid (10 years old) and this house was a definite win! From swimming to basketball to playing pool, we were really happy we booked this listing. The directions/instructions were super clear, and tackled all possible questions/concerns right from the start. If you have a multi-family need, having 3 rental options on the same property is cool too! We have family in Phoenix so are definitely keeping this listing for the next time we visit.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The backyard was beautiful & we got lots of use out of the heated pool & hot tub. Also Ashley had thought of everything we could have wanted, needed & more with extra toothbrushes, snacks, shampoo, even finger nail clippers! We really appreciated all the thought that went into that! It was well stocked & had a nice park close by which my kids enjoyed. It was a wonderful place & we’d love to come back!

This house was beautiful, it was more spacious in person than the pictures. The host was very responsive to my messages and had a great welcome book with instructions and recommendations. The our biggest issue was the beds are high so it was a little difficult my shorter, older family members to climb into the beds. I would stay here again.

This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

Amanda's home is very relaxing and in a beautiful location. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evening, watching the birds on the lake. The home is very quiet at night, which is a treat, with no traffic noise. A wonderful home for a family gathering, and we made use of the barbecue and were able to eat comfortably at the outdoor table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this home for a great getaway to explore Phoenix. We spent an entire day at the Desert Botanical Garden with our grandkids, and the butterflies alone are well worth the visit.

We absolutely loved this place! It was even better in person! The attention to detail to absolutely everything, was so impressive! The heated pool option was a game changer since AZ hasn’t been hot enough to enjoy the water temps just yet. The house itself and bedrooms are much bigger in person than photos. The backyard is so adorable and makes me want to consider a few things for my own house. If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay in AZ that’s centrally located, the Wanderer is it! What a gem of a find in Fountain Hills! My wife and I plan to visit regularly and we will be booking way in advance. This home is the perfect home-away-from-home! Great pool too!

Great spot for large groups. Kid friendly to an extent, no protection around the pool (which was described, so I was WELL aware of that) but the sliding door to the pool had a broken safety child lock. My kids couldn't open it so it didn't bother us! Great kitchen, came with everything you needed! Kids loved the pool and backyard was WONDERFUL. The trees provide lots of shade for the kids to run around. Kids definitely need shoes when it's hot out because the turf gets super hot.

The location was great and the area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt cozy.

The house was spacious for our large group to comfortably spread out or be enjoy each other's company. The pool and the outside was a huge highlight for the kids to enjoy as well as the adults; it was clean, private and perfect for relaxing! The kids enjoyed the game room.

Marta's home was a great place to stay for our 3 nights in Phoenix. Home looked exactly like the pictures; clean and plenty of room. Great place for a larger group than just the two of us. The BIG plus was having access to park in the garage! Marta responded to all my messages quickly and all check-in/check-out instructions were clear and concise. Highly recommend staying here! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was clean and ready for us....even early, so we could check in early. The location was great and easy access to everything. The house was lovely and spacious. The backyard was a wonderful oasis to relax in. Neighbours were friendly and kind and the neighbourhood was great to walk in. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn't working and Lisa took care of it immediately, having a new dishwasher installed within days. Lisa was incredibly responsive to any of our inquiries within the same day. The support staff for the house, gardeners, pool maintenance and general maintenance were very good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Great place. Check in was very simple and the place was spotless. Beds are super duper comfortable. AC works great. Kids had a blast in the pool and our little dog loved the yard. The little details were very much appreciated and we all highly recommend this lovely home. Thanks again!

We came as 4 couples. It was perfect for our group. Between the apartment suite and the giant primary suite…. There was a lot of space for us. We loved staying here!

We loved everything about our stay. It was great having a pool & hot tub which made for some relaxing days in the sun. We were able to do many hikes from the house to South Mountain since it’s only a short distance from the house. We felt very much at home with all the amenities for cooking & the barbecue in the back yard. Calin was super responsive & accommodated all our needs.

This was one of the best homes I stayed at. The beds are amazing and the house was very clean. It was great for the kids, with the pool, side yard full of toys as well as the playroom. Emilee is a very accommodating and responsive host. This was a very last minute reservation and Emilee was great in getting us in the home quickly.

I had stayed at many places but this one felt like home. Russell and Jamie were very accommodating. The house had every thing we needed. Jamie was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. Super fast reply to our messages.
