Between the premium interior, picturesque backyard, and the central location - we strive to exceed expectations. While this home has its own private entrance and yard with everything you need, I will always be available. I live in the main house on the property and can be reached at anytime. Walk to restaurants, a local brewery, and a marketplace store, with the light-rail stop half a mile away for exploring further afield. Sky Harbor Airport and downtown are a 5-minute drive, with Arcadia, Scottsdale, and Tempe only slightly further. The best transportation options for getting around the area would be using rideshare apps, driving or utilizing the Lightrail service that goes to most places in the valley.

Welcome to one of two 2 bedroom homes in North Phoenix. This is a duplex located in a quaint culdesak. We have been renting the other side via AirBnB for the past 7years. In 2021 we spent 3 months remodeling the home with an eye on casual-minded guests wanting a functional clean house. Located near two freeways, commuting is convenient. Dogs and even teenagers are welcome. We've got killer wifi and a great backyard for relaxing after hours. The parking alone makes this home memorable
