The apartment is beautifully furnished, warm, functional, and super clean. Its location allows you to visit Modena, Ferrara, Bologna and other interesting sites comfortably. Pietro was discreet, never intrusive but still always present and responsive in communicating with us. We definitely recommend a stay in your apartment

Firstly, Francesca went above and beyond your typical host. Not only did she pick us up from the train station, she took us home from the city, and to the station again when we left! She seriously puts in her all into being a lovely host and that shines through the beautiful space & welcoming energy. I would give more stars if I could. If we are ever in Bologna again we will absolutely stay here again. ♥️

Very nice flat in a convenient location.

It was a great place, FEDERICO is extremely nice and responsive host. He’s always there for you. Only thing needed is a big mirror where we can see ourselves completely. Rest the place is perfect.
