A beautiful, new vacation home, (approx. 100 m²) 3 bedrooms/ 6 sleeping places directly on the shore of Lake Garda, located between Bardolino and Lazise, with private jetty. The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

An open-plan kitchen and dining area features a wooden island and a round dining table set for four. Soft lighting enhances the natural tones of the furnishings, with exposed brick highlighting the wall. A cozy sitting area is visible in the background, inviting relaxation.

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.

Discover Lazise at our modern villa, just a few metres from Lake Garda. The new-build property features a large private garden with a terrace, pool and furniture. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed), 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, coffee maker and TV.
