Detached typical Italian Villa, architecturally built for 4 to 8 people. You can enjoy the Villa with its own swimming pool and wide views over the wine fields here. Your host and winemaker Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here, and he makes you feel right at home. We have decorated our villa Hotel Chique while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season, you can also go to the public swimming pool, where there is a wonderful happening every day.

Cascinetta a short walk from the center, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, equipped kitchen with very large living room/lounge/work area, bathroom. First floor: study, 1 double bedroom and a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and double shower + 1 double bedroom, both with ceiling fans. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
