Welcome to our Hautbois lodge, a cosy haven nestled in a hamlet at an altitude of 550 metres, in the heart of the forest, in the Sidobre (Tarn), 1.5 hours from Toulouse, Béziers or Carcassonne. Wake up to the sounds of nature, enjoy your morning coffee on the raised terrace, lose yourself in a good book, and go on hikes starting from the gîte: between the Haut-Languedoc, the Montagne Noire and the Monts de Lacaune, to gently reconnect with what really matters.

The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Le dôme peut être déplacé pour être à l'ombre et une petite terrasse est entièrement ombragée!!! Nous avons privilégié au maximum l'esprit écologique avec toilettes sèches et éclairage à la lanterne. Small 27 m2 house, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. To access it, you will need to walk on a path for 200 m up a steep hill. The house includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with dry toilet. Breakfast not included but we offer homemade meals. Max power is 800W: check your devices before coming. We communicate exclusively via messaging/email, the phone does not get here.
