Charming studio of 30m2, equipped for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a village house. Ideally located in the heart of La Fleet (2 minutes walk from the port, daily market, 5 minutes from the beach). You access the apartment through a small common courtyard where you can park your bikes. Your home consists of an entrance, a seating area, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Nice view of the ocean. Unique location in the pedestrian street which goes from the marina to the church, near shops, market, restaurants. Everything is done on foot. Bike rental companies 10 meters away. Private bicycle storage room. Wifi Internet.
