House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.

Beautiful 23m² apartment on the lake with mountain views. It is located in front of the entrance to Musilac, on the ground floor. The apartment has a bathroom with shower (+ washing machine), living room with sofa bed + TV, an equipped kitchen and an equipped terrace with lake and mountain views. The residence has a private tennis court. Parking spaces 50 m from the residence.
