apartment in a good location next to all amenities, very clean and well arranged. the only problem with our stay was the work in the apartment below. apart from that, we do not regret our stay in La Rochelle.

The easy assistance we received from Patrick in settling in set the scene for the rest of our stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, fully appointed and very liveable, step out of the front door and you are right in the midst of everything at the harbour with only a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ..the quiet nights were great....and appreciate very much the opportunity given to us. Thanks Patrick. Highly recommended.

Located in a beautiful village, no cars but parking close enough to the accommodation. Marie gave us very clear instructions and is present and responsive. The accommodation was quite suitable and comfortable for 3. No problem to report!

Very nice apartment located in the city center with a magnificent view of the port of La Rochelle. The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The terrace is also a big plus. Clear and fluid communication with the concierge. We will be back!

Great host, well-equipped accommodation, beautiful location to visit the island of Oléron

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Great stay, I recommend it! The house is very nice and well located sea view parking right next door, communication with Jérémie is perfect.

The house is warm and welcoming. Extremely clean, new bedding. A quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and a few shops. A good place to start for many walks. Raphael came to see us after our arrival, very nice he gave us some good tips for walks to do around.

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

A very pleasant and well exposed accommodation with a beautiful view. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very quiet. The accommodation is very well located 15 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle, it is very simple we did not take the car for our entire stay.

The apartment was perfect for my three night stay in La Rochelle. As a solo traveller the location and apartment itself is very safe and secure and well located to get home from. It has everything I needed, the bedding was confortable and the shower was great! The coastal path is a few steps away, through a little historical section, ideal for a morning run and there is also a well-kept park area nearby. Excellent restaurants were right on the doorstep, a supermarket (Monoprix) and wonderful Boulangerie (D'Jolly) 5 minutes walk. It's about 15-20 minutes to the train station on foot if travelling further afield or catching the bus to Île de Ré (highly recommended).
