Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Newly renovated guest house

Come enjoy our carefully renovated outbuilding in early 2024. You will be totally independent, quiet, and can enjoy our 2000 m2 flower garden. Ideally located if you come to attend a wedding or event at the Ferme de Genièvre (80 m, 1 min walk) or at the Chéraille (5.7 km, 8 min drive). We designed this space to be cozy and well-equipped like a hotel (fiber-optic Wi-Fi, memory foam mattress, iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee)

Simplify your life in this peaceful accommodation located 2 steps from the city center where you can find all the amenities (bakery, grocery store, deli-caterer, banks, restaurant, tea room, tobacco bar), this small house with 2 beds (double bed and sofa bed in a small mezzanine) can accommodate 3 to 4 people. The equipped kitchen will allow you to cook if you wish. The property has a washer-dryer that you can use if needed.

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
