Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Hohwald

We had a great time with colleagues on a work trip. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, comfortable and perfectly suited to combine work and relaxation. We particularly appreciated the high-end amenities, with a special mention for the pool and spa which were real assets to relax. The host was very kind, available and very attentive, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. We leave delighted and would recommend this rental without hesitation!

We wanted a place to have some peace and quiet in the middle of nature and that is exactly what Amélie’s place is. She lives right next to the stay, however she fully respected our privacy. Amélie explained us very clearly how everything works in the house (dry toilet, how to light and manage the fire place). There is no fridge, but there is a cool room + a water fountain in which you can put the food and it preserves cold. Amélie was very friendly and we communicated very well. All in all, our experience was very nice and we hope to return some day.

We immediately felt comfortable in the house. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, it had toys for the kids and the garden is dog-proof fenced. The hosts were quickly reachable when needed and gave us helpful tips for things to do. Thank you for such a wonderful break!

A beautiful place in a beautiful area! The owner is very welcoming (thank you for the welcome gift and the time taken to give us information), the accommodation is located on a very quiet street (very few car passages), well isolated, it is located next to the owner's house, well appointed with two terraces and a garden area. Many beautiful gardens are also to be admired around. The bedding is comfortable, the accommodation very clean, the city center not very far a few minutes walk away (bakery, shops, restaurants), the city of Rosheim deserves a visit, beautiful monuments (Romanesque house, churches, typical Alsatian houses). Very close by a few minutes by car, Mont Sainte-Odile and its many hikes (lots of information about these available in the cottage), in short, despite the somewhat ominous weather, a beautiful discovery of this region!

Pascale's house is beautifully located in the quiet village of Bellefosse. From the garden, the terraces and the house itself you can see the hilly landscape, which invites you to explore. Thank you for this great place to stay.

Chantal's house was a place that everyone in the group would love to visit again. It was spotless for us. It was a place I wanted to stay for a long time, so it was a pity that I only spent one day there. Luxurious and lovely place to stay, Chantal couple were also very friendly. I hope to see you again someday!:)

We were on site for less than a week. The apartment had a few other Furniture as on the pictures but it was super nice! Unfortunately we did not have great weather and it was definitely still too cold to go swimming even if the pool had been filled. All in all we would definitely come back again.

Beautiful stay, the views are incredible! The Contain'air is perfectly as advertised and photographed. Very well equipped: basic food products (oil, vinegar, condiments, tea, coffee...), cushions and throws for armchairs and sunbeds on the terrace, this is very nice! Quiet, peaceful, you can only hear the birds chirping. Walking tours around the house. Perfect place to unwind. Pierre and Guillaume are welcoming, available if needed and give good advice on things to do. I recommend it 100% and will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment, overlooking the garden and the creek. Great decor with artwork by Caroline. All as described, very clean and uncomplicated, very nice welcome from Caroline. We felt very comfortable!

Staying at this wonderful place is highly recommended. We were received in a very friendly manner by Karl, received a small briefing for all amenities that the apartment brings with it and even got a small welcome gift from the region. Then we were able to enjoy the wonderful view, the pool (without chlorine) and the sauna. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Very well located apartment, a few minutes from the city center. The accommodation is very clean and as described. Laetitia has prepared everything to make our stay very enjoyable.

My husband and I (and our two little princesses🐈‍⬛🐈) stayed at the swallow's nest for a week. From the start, we felt right at home. Alicia and Danny were very attentive and we are very grateful for all their little touches (the various flyers, the tea box, the animal basket...). On top of that, the decor and cleanliness were great. Everything was really perfect. We can only recommend this little nest of happiness. Thank you again for being a wonderful host! ☀️✨

What about Dominique and his wife. Amazing 5-star hosting. Super welcoming hosts, always the word kind, full of small touches, responsive, attentive and with the clear desire on their part to make a great time in Alsace. This is a great success. Really, you can go there without your eyes. The cottage is very well equipped and is also very well located and corresponds in every way to the listing. Convenient to visit Strasbourg, Colmar and especially Europa Park which is less than an hour away. The city center has everything you need, from the charcuterie butchery, to two bakeries, to the incredible Pfizer patisserie or to the Berthel estate two kilometers away for wine. Thanks again for hosting us and we'll be back for sure.

what about our stay with Jean and Christiane? a top welcome with nice gourmet touches Christiane is a great host. everything is planned in your home to make you feel at home: it's simple nothing missing! the accommodation is conveniently located close to tourist sites, the wine route and typical Alsatian villages. we are delighted with our stay and recommend Christiane and Jean's home without a second thought

Our Easter stay was great with friends in the adjoining flat. All 9 of us fit at the dinning tables which was great for shared meals and activities. The little ones loved all the decorations and scooting in the semi private courtyard. Only tried 3 of the wineries on the flats street, found some lovely Bio wines. Beautiful vineyard walks of 2km to the next towns bakery ;)

Very spacious cute condo for the price and great location :) just keep in mind you will be staying in the same building as the owners so if you want some higher level of privacy keep that in mind but if you don’t care then highly recommend!

Vérène's apartment is very functional, and matches the description. We stayed little in the apartment because we were joining friends who lived in Obernai, but we enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness, bedding and beautifully sized rooms. In addition, communication with Vérène was very easy and her welcome was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Very well located accommodation: very quiet street, with easy parking in front of the residence. We are 5 minutes from the city center, where we reroute several restaurants. It is a lovely small town. The apartment is new, very well-equipped, and very clean. We were even able to enjoy the balcony for our evening meal. Very good communication. Everything was perfect.

We had a fabulous stay at Étiennes place. He gave us great directions to his place and met us there. He was so friendly and helpful. He showed us everything we needed at the home and answered all our questions. The place is warm and cosy. The bed was comfy. The place was immaculate. It’s close to the train station. It took us about 10-15 mins to walk and it’s seconds away from one of the beautiful main streets with a lot of shops. There is a supermarket not far away. It’s a fabulous location. It is also on a very quiet street. The building has a lift so it’s easy for your bags. I would highly recommend this place and I would be very happy to go back. Thanks Étienne.

Eric's place is a find in Colmar. Outstanding location,right in the middle of old town. Plenty of restaurants around and everything is walkable. The house is very beautifully done up, the interiors are very modern and functional. There is just about everything in the house that you may need. Also, there were toys which my little one played with. Eric is a wonderful host and the communication was super easy. He was helpful with suggestions. Also, he was very considerate and kind to allow us a little late checkout as we had a late train. Highly recommend this airbnb
