Comfortable 31m2 air-conditioned studio - parking space, located 5 minutes from the city centre of Angers and less than 5 minutes from the Parc Expo d'Angers. We offer this apartment for self check-in, equipped with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area. Bed linen, towels (bath towels/shower mats) and tea towels are also provided. Parking secured by cameras (commercial who comes to Parc Expo....)

Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. I'm here to help with any questions!

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", it is indeed a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've maximised the space. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Chateau-Gontier. Possibility of free street parking.
