Great house, equipped with everything, clean well furnished: it couldn't have been better. The surrounding garden is large and gives a sense of tranquility. Also great are the spouses who welcomed us. Truly recommended: after a week we would not have left....

Very traditional and quiet. Beautiful countryside to cycle and walk in. Hosts were delightful and proactive and live next door, so nearby if needed. Very comfortable main double bed. Lovely outside seating area. The kitchen would benefit from sympathetic modernisation. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage! It was much larger than we expected and situated in a beautiful and quiet area. Private parking right in front of the cottage. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything we needed, we especially loved the cosy bedroom, great rain shower and separate dining room. Wifi was very good everywhere in the house! The wooden fireplace was a bit tricky at times for us to keep going without smoke, so we let the wood that was provided dry a bit more inside before burning it. We also added small blocks of dry wood from the supermarket which helped a lot. Overall we loved the authentic interior and ambience of the house and felt right at home. Definitely recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a quiet rustic getaway. Amazing value for the price, would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you very much Caroline!
