You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with one child (baby equipment on request) and four-legged companions. Small inner courtyard common with the owner.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge in the countryside. A few kilometres from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the castle of St-Fargeau, this is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
