Located in a quiet and safe area 10min from the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées (center of Paris). I offer for 95€ an optional “ROMANCE PACKAGE” to SURPRISE your love one. It comes with petals of roses, candles placed on a heart shape on the bed (a Happy Birthday sign can be added) and for 175€ it comes with a good bottle of champagne and strawberries! 🌹🥂🍓

A spacious studio with a pretty garden

The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.

Bus stops (124, 210) for Vincennes, Paris and the RER. 15 minutes' walk from the RER E (Nogent Le Perreux stop), 20 minutes from the RER A (Neuilly Plaisance). You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
