Our house is located between Paris and Disneyland, perfect for those assisting at the Olympic Games. It is just a 3-minute walk to a farm, a 5-minute walk to a protected forest. A RER E station, 2 bus stops (within 3-minute walk). Gare de Lyon/ Gare St Lazare: 30mins by RER. Disneyland/ La Vallée Village: 20mins by car; 35-50mins by RER. 30-35mins by RER to Center Paris(eg. Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann). Vaires-sur-Marne: 10mins by car.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, bright and sunny, facing east-southeast. Independent studio overlooking the garden, quiet. Very good insulation, electric heating, equipped kitchen, walk-in shower room, toilet, double bed, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine in the basement of the house. Option to park the car in the courtyard in reverse. The studio is located in the city center, all shops are 150 m away, the RER is a 10-minute walk away. .
