Open 538 sq ft apartment with a cozy atmosphere, recently renovated by me! I live there all year round, except during my travels: it is therefore decorated in my image. It is perfect for couples who want to discover Paris, solo travelers, teachers, artists, or business travelers.

It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
