Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

The house offers three bedrooms, a very bright living room with stunning sea and Anse de Sciotot views, a new fully equipped kitchen and a garden. Cozy beach house completely renovated in 2021, located in the heart of Rozel. It has been lovingly furnished. We don't have any outdoor space, but our beaches are a 1 kilometer walk from our cottage. Ideally located for water sports, you'll find a preserved wilderness area where you can enjoy long walks and hikes along the GR 223 hiking trail. Welcome
