Located on a large, wooded plot of 2,500 m² (partially fenced) 5 minutes from the village, it offers a peaceful setting with no overlooking neighbours. Its location is perfect for exploring the region: 40 km from the beaches of Fréjus/St-Raphaël, 50 km from St-Tropez, and 50 km from the Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix. The ideal compromise between the calm of the hinterland and the liveliness of the coast!

Renovated 1860 Bastidon in a small hamlet 5 minutes from the village of Thoronet in the middle of a vineyard and olive grove. In a peaceful setting, in the heart of the vineyards, it's the perfect place to relax. Between the Verdon Gorge and the sea, you are ideally located for visiting Provence. A stone's throw from the Thoronet Abbey and on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle, you can also go hiking and/or mountain biking. There are a lot of activities in the surrounding area.

The 50 m2 apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. You will find all the comforts of an equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and towels are provided. Upstairs, you will find 2 adjoining bedrooms with 2 beds in 140/200 (4 pillows 60 cm x 60 cm and 2 duvets 240/220 cm). Linens are provided. Outside, you have garden furniture and free and secure parking with automatic gate.

We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
