In a peaceful Charentais village, enjoy a single-level villa for 8 people with private pool heated to 27° C, garden without vis-à-vis and spaces where everyone finds their place. We imagined a place where we put down our suitcases upon arrival: prepared beds, linen provided, neat decoration and small touches to discover our Charente-Maritime.

The accommodation has an outdoor area as well as childcare equipment. Located 20 km from La Rochelle, 16km from Chatelaillon beaches. Le Thou and Surgères train station is a 2-minute walk away. La Rochelle is 13 minutes away by train.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Beautiful stone house

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Grocery tobacco bakery... Food truck on Friday afternoons and Saturday evenings. Several restaurants, one in the centre of Le Thou and another in the Fontaine-Pajot area La Cap's, which is a bar with a great atmosphere, is open for lunch and on Friday and Saturday evenings, and then there's a place in the neighbouring village (Aigrefeuille).
