Beautiful village. Very good location of the apartment. Listing faithful to the reality of the apartment. Our Christmas stay was magical. A lot of snow and snow removal (from the town hall in particular) is particularly efficient. Train every hour to Martigny (fantastic ride).

My two boys and I loved our stay at Marie’s Mayen in Marecottes. Marie was incredibly accommodating, lending toys for boys to play with, showing us the chicken coop and making sure, generally, we felt at home. There were tons of great hikes and the train also allowed us to do day hikes in France. The Mayen is cozy, has everything you need and a comfortable bed! I highly recommend.

A tiny but comfortable charming and homely chalet in a tiny village. It's a short if steep walk to the station. It has all the basics and is snug and warm, but don't expect luxury. it's setting is something else. In short, we loved it.
