You will find a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and sheets provided (no towels). The place is welcoming and comfortable - shops, restaurants and wine tastings closeby!

Cet authentique chai viticole situé au cœur du nord médoc, à 17km des plages offre un espace de vie atypique de 800m2 contenant notre habitation et un gîte de 215m2. Vous disposerez de trois chambres climatisées ayant chacune une salle d’eau et wc séparé, une immense pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée. Enfin, vous séparant de notre habitation, vous trouverez une salle de jeu avec un billard américain et… Un bowl de skate! Vélos et planches de surf peuvent également être mis à disposition.

Cette maison familiale qui a été rénovée en 2021 est idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances sans avoir à prendre la voiture, tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. La plage est 7 min à pied, les commerces à 2 min, le marché, balades en forêt, tennis, golf, zoo, accrobranche, boulodrome, spa, restaurants, parcs d'attractions, pistes cyclables, base nautique, etc... Tout est à proximité.

In a Belle Epoque villa, you can enjoy the sunsets with its large west facing terrace.
