Our 57m2 apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Royan, to enjoy the seaside city all year round. It is located facing the sea, on the 2nd floor of the mythical Front de Mer residence, accessible by wide stairs or the small elevator (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) We are a short walk to the market, church, shops, beach and harbor. From the large balcony, you can enjoy a 180-degree view of the beach, the park, the port and the sea.

Architect house very spacious. 3 bedrooms of 12m2, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 5 x 90cm and 2 x1 40. Finally the Moroccan lounge in the living room can offer 3 more beds. On Day life side, a living room of 60m2. A kitchen with pantry and American fridge. Two toilets, a bathroom with bath, a bathroom with shower only. A large terrace of 60m2, equipped with a plancha, two tables (large, small) and chairs allowing meals to 15 and more, a jacuzzi and a hammock.
