This property sits atop the quiet Summerset at North Shore Neighborhood with almost 360 degree views. Every bedroom has views! Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the large 350+sqft deck and soak in the views with outdoor speakers. Or soak in your own private hot tub that's basically a small pool. Come & enjoy any season in Leavenworth You will feel right at home as soon as you enter our spacious, clean and up to date condo over looking the 14th fairway on the golf course, enjoy 2 pools + toddler pool, (Pools are open depending on winter weather) 3 hot tubs are open for guests use, views & an easy walk into the village of Leavenworth for strolling, shopping & dinner. The bonus is being able to park in carport and walk into front street, as parking can be a challenge on the busier days.

WORK From HOME! Weekly discounts. Top speed internet, surrounded by beauty. Bring the whole family for hiking, biking, running, water sports, snow sports, amazing local restaurants, winery and night life. Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir and water levels vary throughout the year. Spring to mid summer the water is up to my trail with no beach. Mid summer to winter a beautiful beach is in front of you to drive, quad, snowmobile or play volleyball and frisbee on. The best of both worlds year round.

This comfortable, tri-level home is in a quiet neighborhood and a centralized location to explore surrounding areas: -Leavenworth (40 min) -Lake Chelan (50 min) -Mission Ridge (30 min) -Gorge Amphitheater (50 min) We have a gameroom for indoor entertainment as well as a beautiful, relaxing back yard with outdoor activities such as a basketball hoop, a large hammock, and a slide.
