The location of the Mandraud gîte, 5 hectares, fenced, countryside location with the village accessible on foot, you will find all the shops, bar, restaurant, grocery store, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, local products, etc. From the swimming pool, direct access to the boules court... chicken coop and vegetable garden... walking path around the property... we are on site for services and information.

Outside, a huge swimming pool ( 2,40 m depth!!), an equipped summer kitchen and a covered terrace will convince you that happiness is not so far.

Our place is suitable for companies as well as groups of friends or families to meet in a natural and quiet setting. An outdoor Nordic wood-fired bath. A 14-meter by 4-meter pool. An outdoor wood-burning sauna. A pétanque court (provencal ball game). "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Welcome to our country house, in the heart of the Gers, in the village of Belmont. This is a family home, where we live part of the year. It has charm and character, and is furnished and decorated to our own taste. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests, for a stay with friends or family. Baby equipment is available. You will also have access to two Wi-Fi networks (fiber). The house is located 10 minutes from Vic-Fezensac and 30 minutes from Marciac.
