The living area boasts large windows for natural light to flood the space while providing beautiful view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the enclosed sunroom & living rooms are perfect for family dinners or time with friends. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

Enjoy some time away in the north woods! Cozy cottage on Chute Pond to enjoy some swimming and water fun! ATV/snowmobile trails right out driveway. Pontoon available for rent with cabin. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.

Cottage is fully booked during the heart of the summer, enjoy a getaway on the lake! Plenty of space on the dock for your boat.
