Located 25 meters from the Grande Conche de Royan, very pleasant and bright family home recently renovated facing South-West. The beach is accessible by a small pedestrian path in front of the house. Beautiful sea views are available from the terrace, the large living/dining room or from the kitchen. The night area is on the same level and consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bike path along the coast is a few meters from the house.

I welcome you to this studio adjoining my home. You will stay between beaches and tourist places (Mornac, Royan, La Palmyre, Rochefort). You have 40 m2 fully equipped for 1 family of 5 people. No extra cleaning fees (you do it.) Wi-Fi and barbecue included. Free if you have your sheets, otherwise 5 euros per bed (you would put the sheets in the machine at the time of departure).
