The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village with adjoining meadows. A cycle and hiking trail runs right past the property. Playgrounds within walking distance. In the neighbouring village, there is a Netto supermarket with a bakery café, approximately 1.5 km away. The Danube Valley, with its ruins and caves, is a popular destination for day trips, as are Lake Constance and the medieval construction site of Campus Galli.

Gutenstein - home with a view

Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

The Southside Festival is within walking distance in about 30 minutes. Lake Constance and the Danube Valley are also within easy reach. Neuhausen offers a Netto, a doctor and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity of the property. A baby crib is provided.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Cosy 70 m² attic flat in a beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Oberes Donautal Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also stop for climbing; the crag is in the immediate vicinity. You can go canoeing on the Danube, and the Danube Cycle Path runs about 500 metres from the house. There is plenty of space to run around and play in the large orchard meadow.
