The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The Wedge is a lovely place to stay we had a great time and was so close to the beach. Ria was very helpful and accomadating for us she litterally goes above and beyond for her guests. Will be booking to stay The Wedge again very soon. Thankyou Ria

What an absolutely beautiful home. We had such a wonderful stay. So many lovely details, space, easy and free parking, amazing setting and everything was perfect. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property! It’s very homely, stunning and spacious!

Beautifully presented home from home with great details to enhance our stay and make things just that little bit easier and more convenient with young children and multi generations! The garden is so pretty and peaceful. The hot tub super fun and the house was so clean and comfortably functional with lovely decor and features. Would love to come again in the summer and get in on the pool action! Great host, responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

A perfect base for us to use ahead of my sister in law’s wedding in Stock. The house was easy to find, close to the high street and incredibly well stocked with all the facilities and gadgets we needed to get the wedding party ready on the big day - including a 2 week old baby! Thanks Stacy & Tom for being flexible with sleeping and parking requests too

The property is very well kept and feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Plenty of space to park and a comfy bed for all that stayed. We had an issue with leaking water above the boiler but Sat and her team of maintenance guys came around straight away and resolved the issue promptly. Sat is extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Wouldn't hesitate is choosing this property again if I'm working in the area.

This home and host is a little hidden gem of west mersea. The house is impeccably clean and cosy and honestly felt like home from home I slept well all 3 nights which is rare for me when away from home. The home has just about everything you could think of in it making life so much easier all round. Everything went smoothly thanks to Jayne who was very accommodating and helpful from the moment of booking until leaving. Would definitely want to stay again in the future. Thank you Jayne.

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

The apartment was prestine. Check in was great. The lovely lady from Bournemouth checked us in and made sure our fridge was stocked with milk and water and teas and coffees. She was lovely and very helpful. Everything was walking distance and perfect for us. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

The house is very nice and super clean. It felt like home and we spend some lovely days there. It was a great choice. And our host, Lisa, is very responsive and very helpful.

Had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and we had all of the things we needed, it was even nicer and bigger than in the pics. Shelby was an amazing host and always helped with any queries we had. The area was nice & the owners of the cafè downstairs were always very helpful too. I will 100% be back to stay here. Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

What a lovely place to stay in Chelmsford. Very comfortable with all amenities and 15 minute drive to town centre. Would recommend!

Absolutely brilliant stay at Jon and Kate’s apartment. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to everything, the place was spotless, very clean and comfortable. Kate and Jon were very responsive and were around to help. Highly recommended.

Samantha’s Penthouse apartment was exactly as described and so much more. So airy and spacious and decorated so lovely and thoughtful. Had me looking where things came from to get for my own home. Communication was perfect, also checked in with us to see everything was ok and checked in smoothly. Location was just enough out of Southend to have a good 20 min walk to the pier. Recommend the train on there as well. Toby Carvery was 2 min walk and easy food for a night out. Also the chip shop 5 mins walk was really nice too. Overall such a lovely stay and shall be returning as some point. Thank you ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.
