The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. Other options are about 6 km away.
