Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee! The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and a separate bed, as well as a sofa with sleeping function in the living room (width about 1.30 m, for two adults it is a bit tight, but an adult and a child, or for 2 children it is sufficient) A staircase leads to the apartment and sit comfortably in the atrium and barbecue...
