Separates Nebengebäude mit Maisonette-Wohnung mit Schlafgalerie, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Sessel und Tisch, separate Küche und Dusche/WC, Sauna inkl. Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

Our rural-style apartment with 80 m² on the 1st floor can accommodate 1-5 people. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The living and dining areas have a dining area overlooking the countryside and a couch with TV. One double bedroom, two more with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a separate toilet are available. The large terrace invites you to relax summer evenings.

In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

In Höttingen, in the middle of the Franconian Lakeland and not far from the large Brombach Lake, 90 sqm with its own entrance area and terrace await you. On the first floor there is a sofa bed, TV & fireplace. The living area on the 1st floor is kept in the Mediterranean flair with dining area, kitchen, sofa corner & large flat screen TV. Bathroom with daylight window and bedroom with walk-in closet are also upstairs.

Fantastic living in the garden studio

The studio is a detached building in the front part of a charming, quiet garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards. Due to the south-facing location and the special room height, the rooms are very bright and spacious. The studio has a large terrace which is accessible at ground level from the living area. You also have direct access to the charming garden. Please inquire about pets separately!

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.
