The 73 sqm loft is part of a small, listed, former vineyard in the middle of Kirchberg an der Murr, about 25 minutes north of Stuttgart. Idyllically located between Backnang and the Schiller city of Marbach. Living in the sawmill is CO2-neutral – thanks to a PV system, charging station for electric cars, green electricity and pellet heating. And if you want, you can also get there by S-Bahn train.

Chalet am Sonnensee 6 (vacation village by Lake Sonnensee)

In the family-run vacation village at Sonnensee, 14 Mediterranean-style vacation apartments and nine modern chalets await you. All accommodations are located directly on the turquoise swimming lake, which invites you to swim, snorkel and fish. Stand-up paddling (also available for rent) and tubing are also possible here. At the Schwarzfelder Hof right next door, cows, ponies, horses, rabbits, chickens and goats are waiting for the daily animal feeding, where your children may help the farmer.

Our freshly renovated 50 sqm flat in Dinkelscherben offers modern comfort for families, couples, business travelers, and nature lovers. It features a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and living area, plus coffee machine, kettle, microwave, projector, hairdryer, iron and Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 5, baby cot on request, pets welcome. Blackout curtains, insect screens, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. Our home is cozy and welcoming – just as it was designed for families with children and pets.

Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

Kubus Memmingen

Former small, detached workshop, completely gutted in 2022/23 and rebuilt in a high-quality modern style. Seating is available on the private terrace. The house is quietly located, to be reached in a picturesque old town alley within and with views of the historic city wall of the formerly free imperial city of Memmingen. Market square, pedestrian zone, city stream and shopping (bakery, butcher, etc.) are within 3 minutes' walk.

Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.
