Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

As soon as you enter the exclusively used courtyard, you will be fascinated by the magic of this gem. The covered patio and garden view create a vacation atmosphere in the south. In the guest house, the guest room with kitchen is the centerpiece. On the 1st & 2nd upper floors are the 7 rooms with shower/toilet & 2 rooms without bathroom, 1x shower/ 2x toilet separately. No TV or radio.

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to laze around and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two SUP, two bicycles and a ping-pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

This special place has a very special style. Air conditioning and a small kitchen with espresso machine are available. The private small terrace and access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bikes and a small boat can be used by my guests free of charge. Stand Up paddle available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A ping pong table and a badminton game are also available to my guests free of charge.
