This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Studio Jeanne d'Arc at the foot of the Chateau

You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

Charming house completely renovated with enclosed garden, ideally located 15 min from Chinon and its fortress, canoeing and fishing, 5 min from Richelieu the medieval town (accessible by bike via the greenway), 45 min from Futuroscope or 30 min from Center Parc. "Le Clos du Tilleul" is a 17th century farmhouse transformed into a comfortable holiday house. You will be there in the heart of the Loire Valley with easy access to all major tourist sites. The house combines the old character given by its exposed beams and stone walls, and all modern comforts. The vast garden, the boulodrome and the ping-pong table will be so many excuses to relax between two unforgettable visits in the heart of our beautiful Touraine.

Charming studio in the town center

In a 300 m2 complex, the studio, located on the left, has independent access. This is a stylish and central home, with equipped kitchen. Dating to the 17th century, the studio is the oldest part of the house with its remarkable fireplace. At the same time, we reopened Fossé Saint Ange on 6 January 2024, a semi-gastronomic restaurant in the neighbouring town of Richelieu, recently distinguished in the Michelin guide. We'd love to host you there too.

Set of 2 houses accommodating up to 22 people: - a first house with 2 bedrooms (8 beds), a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen and a living room with fireplace and insert - a second with 5 bedrooms (14 beds), 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets (a third in preparation), a kitchen, a laundry room, a dining room and a separate living room _ an 8x4 fully secured heated inground swimming pool accessible from May to September from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Independent, comfortable studio for 2–4 people

We welcome you to a completely renovated and equipped independent studio. Queen size bed on the mezzanine and possibility of an extra bed (2 people) on the ground floor with the sofa bed. IMPORTANT POINT: we are located on a busy road on weekdays day or night, cars and trucks. If you want absolute calm on weekdays, we will fully understand if you choose a different place. Thank you for your understanding of this point.

The village of Ligré is a 10-minute drive from Chinon, a charming town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site...
