Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

Blue Cottage Suite- Peaceful Old Englewood Charm!

This charming rental is in historic Old Englewood right at the edge of Lemon Bay. The Blue Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Dearborn Avenue with all great entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants, live music, and more. The Front porch pictured is part of the main house and is NOT included for use while renting the Blue Cottage Suite. IF the main home is vacant during your stay, I will let you know and it can be used during that time.

Manasota Beach is a 5 minute drive, for a day at the beach finding sharks teeth, or taking in the sunset. Venice and Old Englewood are just minutes away while exploring the area.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sits right on the beach and is just a 10-15 minute walk to all Manasota Key has to offer! Completely remodeled in 2024. This condo can accommodate 6-8 guest. The master has a king bed, there are 2 queens in the guest room, and 2 large couches that can accommodate 2 guest. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay! All windows are brand new and hurricane impact.

Old Englewood Village Home!

Cute Old Englewood Village home just a few minutes walk to West Dearborn Street restaurants and shops, 1 mile to Indian Mound public boat/kayak launch, and just 3 miles to Englewood Beach! You will have two private bedrooms and a game room with two twin trundle beds. There is a great fenced backyard so feel free to bring the dog! Kayaks and other beach gear available for guest use upon request.
