Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. LE DAOUN Dunes, Pines, Ocean and Golf Apartment

Come and rest in our 12 m2 balcony apartment located in a vacation residence, with its 2 secure swimming pools available from April to September. Surrounded by the Moliets Golf Course, very close to the ocean and in the middle of pine trees, this apartment will be ideal for recharging your batteries. The pools are within 50 m, and the beach is accessible by walking along the golf course in less than 15 minutes. Free parking, and laundry 20 meters away. Linens are provided.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.
