Located in the hamlet of Chavonnes in the municipality of COURCHEVEL, Joli chalet labeled "Montagne de Charme", recent and bright of 130 m2 habitable, built in wood and stones with exposed framework and wood stove, served in season by the Courchevel ski bus shuttle that transports you to the PRAZ COURCHEVEL ski lifts in 15 minutes, (6 minutes from Courchevel 1850). Likewise, the new cable cars of Brides-les-Bains, located 2 km away, also give access to the Trois Vallées MERIBEL side.

La Terrasse des Belleville is a spacious chalet – 143 m2 – completely renovated in 2020 to bring great comfort and a unique experience. On the edge of the quiet village of St Marcel and 2 km from the cable car, its very large sunny terrace and these 2 intelligently arranged levels promise you: - relaxation, sunbathing and panoramic views in the outdoor jacuzzi, - comfort and restful nights in en-suite bedrooms, - warm and cozy evenings around the wood-burning stove.

Former milk storage cellar, renovated, in a secluded location.

Old renovated milk cellar, in an isolated site, no neighborhood. The mountain is located 4 km from the village of Saint Jean de Belleville. It consists of a single main room with mezzanine. A dining area with high table, a sofa area and a bathroom is located on the lower part. On the floor on the mezzanine, the sleeping area with two double beds or 1 double bed with two small beds (90/160). Also a boat net that can be used as a hammock for reading and chilling.
