This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A large villa suitable for families (we have 2 small children aged 5 and 7) as well as animals (we have a dog, the land is completely enclosed). There are many leisure facilities (heated swimming pool, spa, cabins, billiards, trampoline, brazier...), the villa is located in the countryside, the large plot (4000 m²) allows you to be really quiet. Finally, the breathtaking view allows you to unwind with complete peace of mind.

It is located in the rural commune of Le Montcel on the heights of Aix-Les-Bains at an altitude of about 650 m. Ideally located between Lake Bourget 15 km away and 10 km from the Revard resorts and 150 km from the La Féclaz cross-country ski trail. You will have the opportunity to practice various activities in the surroundings, such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, swimming...
