La Terrasse du Loir gîte, 3 km from the Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Come and rest in the countryside in our caravan, halfway between Angers and Saumur, a stone's throw from the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbours will be goats and sheep! Whether as a couple or as a family (2 adults, 2 children), you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards, etc.)

Today, it comprises three floors with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a small garden, a roof top, and a semi-underground swimming pool. The grounds are enclosed and secure. Wake up to the sunrise over the Loire and go to bed after one last view from the roof top over the Prieurale de Cunault. An unforgettable stay with family or friends awaits you!

A place bathed in the surrounding nature, you will be able to enjoy this 65 m² cottage by the river in complete tranquility. Our two horses will be your neighbours for the duration of your stay. Meals and breakfast possible on request. WIFI and bed linen provided. 5 min from the highway you can reach Angers, Saumur or La Flèche in 30 min.
