Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

In addition to the surrounding countryside and the creek of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and music instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
