You will be 30 minutes from Tours, 1 hour from Le Mans, 1 hour from La Flèche, 45 minutes from Vendôme and 10 minutes from La Chartre-sur-le-Loir (village offering all the necessary shops)

Relax in this purpose-built studio Suitable for 1 to 2 people who appreciate peace and quiet, featuring a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a foldaway bed. You can access it via a staircase (see photo). There is a second adjoining bedroom for two additional people. Featuring an electric queen-size bed (2 x 80 x 190), a bathroom and a separate WC. Outside, courtyard and flower garden. Our village offers lovely hiking trails for those who enjoy the countryside.

Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

In the village of Couture-sur-Loir you will find a bakery/grocery store/tobacconist. A greenway reserved for walkers and bicycles is accessible not far from the house. Close to the Chartre-sur-le-Loir, a village of flea markets, and the Bercé forest, as well as the Marçon lake.
