In a quiet village, very large apartment on the 1st floor, facing south, all comfort, enclosed ground, independent entrance, private parking, located on a hill and close to all shops, close to Chamonix, Les Contamines, Megève and Sallanches. Possibility to accommodate 4 to 8 people. In summer, swimming pool in the enclosed garden of the apartment. Large apartment on 2 floors, 4 bedrooms with 2 large beds and 4 single beds. Weekly prices in winter: 150 euros/person Weekly prices in summer: 100 euros/person. Possibility to rent bed linen at the price of 10 euros per bed. ,,,,180 Mc The car is essential to access the village where the rental is located. If you wish, I will be available for any information during your stay. The apartment is quiet and independent , you will be quiet. Your vehicle will be parked in front of the apartment. Access is easy. Please let me know if you have any specific requests. The minimum rental period is one week.

Spacious accommodation in an old traditional Savoyard farmhouse. close to 2 family resorts: LES BRASSES (900 to 1500 m): downhill skiing 5 min away; PLAINE JOUX/LES BRASSES: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail, sledding 15 min away. SOMMAND/PRAZ DE LYS (1500 - 2000 m): 15 min (downhill and cross-country skiing on the same site, groomed trails for snowshoeing, sledding and walking, quality ski lessons). Picnic room. If the weather is mild, possibility of snowshoeing from the house.
