Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of noyers, a vacation house located in the middle of walnut tree groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

15 km from Saint Florentin train station, 45 minutes from Sens and 10 km from the Vulaines toll, I invite you to come and relax at my home in a cozy farmhouse in the heart of the Othe forest. The cottage part of the accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and toilets on the upper floor, on the common landing: a bathroom. On the ground floor, a common room: kitchen, living room, dining room with fireplace. Free parking and garden available. Possibility of yoga classes.

In the hollow of a valley, at the foot of the hiking trails, you will discover the charm of the Pays d'Othe, its forests, its typical small villages, its cider producers. 10 minutes from Aix-en-Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes, its historic center and factory outlets, 20 minutes from Chablis and its vineyards.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
