The cottage part of the accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and toilets on the upper floor, on the common landing: a bathroom. On the ground floor, a common room: kitchen, living room, dining room with fireplace. Free parking and garden available. Possibility of yoga classes.

In the hollow of a valley, at the foot of the hiking trails, you will discover the charm of the Pays d'Othe, its forests, its typical small villages, its cider producers. 10 minutes from Aix-en-Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes, its historic center and factory outlets, 20 minutes from Chablis and its vineyards.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
