This tastefully renovated apartment is a fabulous place to call 'home' during your stay in the mountains. Nestled in the picturesque village of les Praz, the Flegere telecabine, 5 minutes from the apartment will whisk you into the mountains for skiing, hiking or even more extreme adventures! If you prefer to be on the flat the 18 hole Golf Club de Chamonix is literally minutes away. The town centre of Chamonix is a 20 minute amble along the beautiful river path or a free 5 minute bus ride away.

View of Aiguille du Midi. 25-min. walk from the center of Chamonix, or 5 min. by car, bus, and train to the center. From thee, you can get to the ski slope. Small shopping center nearby, a pharmacy... . You will enjoy my accommodation for the comfort, the people, the quiet location, its terrace, and its garden. My accommodation is perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Small single-story studio of 25 m2 in an old farm typical of the valley. View of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk from the bus station (no need to use your car) shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.
