In this typical and authentic Savoyard house, you have a 140 m 2 apartment on the ground floor + 1. It is very well equipped and the volumes are comfortable and bright. Access to the accommodation is independent of the ground floor, however, in case of additional need for space and beds, it is possible to add up to 3 bedrooms by reserving all or part of the ground floor. I rent my house while I'm away. So there will be personal belongings in the cupboards. It is conveniently located not far from major roads and supermarkets. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva are 30-40 min by car. The first ski resorts are 30 minutes away. There are 2 other places rented on Airbnb at the same address but totally independent. During school holidays, the accommodations are occupied by families. Everyone has their own space, the entrances are independent.
