Holiday rentals with a pool in Les Minimes, La Rochelle

Very good stay at Damien's! The environment is quiet and peaceful. The proximity to La Rochelle just twenty minutes from the house is a real asset. Damien was very friendly and always available when needed. I highly recommend this listing!

Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

Nice home with plenty of space for a large family. Lovely outside space for when the weather is nice. Walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurants. You can get a sea bus to the old port. Overall a nice house in a good location. Hosts were very nice and provided good suggestions for local restaurants and amenities.

Great stay despite the bad weather!:) It's really an exeptional place and the decor is just beautiful The photos are in no way misleading and do not accurately reflect the quality of the property itself Whether it's on decor or interior or exterior design choices! We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Great hospitality from David and a spotless little apartment! Very well equipped, there is everything you need, from the bulot picnic to the hair dryer! Impeccable for a small family, like ours with two children. The accommodation is very well located near the heart of the fleet village. Underground parking allows the car to be parked. In short, a perfect home.! We'll be back with great pleasure., thank you David for hostingus!

Brigitte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The accommodation is very convenient, well located, close to the port and shops on foot. The residence is very quiet and with private parking, it is ideal.

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Top neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is great! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus as a family. There is even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. I recommend it!

Functional accommodation, very well located, a short walk to the beach, and very close to all shops and the covered market of Chatelaillon where you will find all the local specialties! Parking is a real plus, everything is on foot! Go there without so much as a second thought!

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .
