This beautifully finished and furnished luxury ground floor apartment has the benefit of being level walking distance to the lovely bay of Grouville, with its long sandy beach and golf course on the door step. It is on a main bus route, 5 minutes to Gorey harbour and Mont Orgueil Castle, 20 minutes to the island capital of St Helier. The apartment is close to the beach and we have some of the best scenic walks and bike rides. Perfect for making the most of what Jersey has to offer.

Pour la sécurité de tous, nous avons installé une caméra de surveillance dans le hall d’entrée qui permet de surveiller les allées et venues. Vous aurez des locataires au dessus de votre studio puisque celui ci se trouve au 1 er etage. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’escalier est étroit.

L'appartement de 60m2 que nous vous proposons se situe au deuxième étage. Depuis le salon, vous admirez les cabines de plage de Gouville sur mer, depuis la chambre, vous avez vue sur les dunes et sur la mer à 50m. Il bénéficie d'un grand balcon terrasse. Nous l'avons pensé et aménagé pour vous créer un endroit plaisant et ressourçant. Notre logement est référencé 3 étoiles, par l'Office de tourisme.

Appartement avec belle terrasse en front de mer

Impossible de trouver plus près de la mer : à marée haute la terrasse qui surplombe la plage devient la proue d'un bateau ! Plus au centre de Coutainville, ce n'est pas possible non plus : tout est à portée de main : restaurants, bars, boutiques, tennis, casino, même le golf. Bref, un super spot quand on aime la vue et la vie.
