Holiday home for the whole family, 1 km from the dunes of Hatainville, 2.5 km from the beach and 3 km from Carteret. The house includes a beautiful living area, living room (with board games), kitchen, 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom on the ground floor (with a 140 cm bed), a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms upstairs (with a 90 cm bed + a 90 cm pull-out bed and, if needed, a 140 cm sofa bed in each room). The house has a garden with a swing and a trampoline. Sheets and towels not provided.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms (a 160 bed, a 140 bed, 1 180 bed) as well as a toilet. garden and southwest terrace.
